3、 Production Execution Process
Printing processing

Print variable data (such as QR codes and serial numbers) in bulk using a barcode printer, and integrate the main logo pattern synchronously.
Special scenarios (such as medical) require the addition of anti-counterfeiting markings (fluorescent ink/laser identification)

Forming processing
After die-cutting out the preset shape, synchronously press the tear line and buckle hole to ensure the firmness of wearing
Nylon buckles or Velcro need to be tested for repeated opening and closing durability to avoid loosening

4、 Testing and Delivery
Quality inspection
Sampling test for waterproofing (no smudging after wiping with alcohol) and tensile strength (ultimate tensile strength ≥ 20kg)
Verify the recognition rate of QR codes/chips (if including RFID) to ensure accurate data reading

Mass customization
